As a Parts Advisor, you'll:
- Be the Expert: Provide excellent technical support for our pressure washers, water pumps, and generators, including parts and accessories. Full training will be provided on our range of products.
- Connect with Customers: Interact with customers across the UK and Ireland via phone and email.
- Administration Skills: Processing sales via our CRM software and helping customers out at our sales counter.
- Solve Problems: Troubleshoot technical issues and offer expert advice. Full training will be provided on the common technical issues across the product range.
- Team-up Effectively: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.
What We're Looking For:
- Trade Counter Experience: History of working at a trade counter or practical experience within the industry.
- Power Product Know-How: Experience with power products, engines, electrical machinery and parts of any kind is a must.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills are key.
- Problem-Solver: A keen eye for detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Team Player: Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
