£41k basic + £3-8k bonus + overtime
Job Summary
We are recruiting Class 2 drivers for a large commercial waste operation in Portsmouth on a temp to perm basis. In this vital role, you will operate heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) to collect and transport refuse and recyclable materials from various locations. Your expertise in commercial driving and delivery will ensure efficient, safe, and timely waste collection services
HOURS
Monday to Friday
4:30 start , 48 hours per week.
THE ROLE
Operating a Class 2 vehicle on scheduled commercial collection routes across the Portsmouth area. Early start with an established route and a set customer base.
REQUIREMENTS
- Class 2 (Cat C) licence, essential
- In date Driver CPC and digital tachograph card, essential
- Previous waste management or RCV experience, desirable
WHAT IS ON OFFER
- £41k per annum, salaried
- £48000 OTE based on 5 hours additional overtime per week
- £5.00 meal allowance per day
- £39.96 single man allowance
- Temp to perm after a successful 12 week period
