Blue A is a growing asbestos surveying, asbestos removal and renewable energy business operating across the South East.
As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a highly capable Business Systems & Automation Specialist to take ownership of our internal systems, workflows, and automations.
This role is focused on improving efficiency, reducing manual administration, and helping the business scale through smarter use of technology.
The Role
We are looking for somebody who genuinely enjoys solving operational problems through systems and automation.
You will become the internal expert for our Zoho One environment and will work closely with directors and department managers to streamline processes, improve reporting, eliminate repetitive tasks, and build scalable workflows across the business.
This is a hands-on role. We are not looking for a traditional manager or consultant. We are looking for somebody who enjoys building, improving, testing, and implementing practical solutions that make a real difference to the day-to-day operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve our Zoho One ecosystem.
- Build and maintain workflows within Zoho CRM and related applications.
- Design and implement business automations
- Identify manual processes and create automated solutions to improve efficiency.
- Improve reporting, dashboards, and business visibility.
- Integrate systems and ensure information flows correctly between platforms.
- Support departments with process improvements and system enhancements.
- Research and implement AI-powered tools where they can add genuine business value.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with third-party providers where required.
- Document workflows, automations, and system processes.
Essential Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and ideally the wider Zoho One ecosystem.
- Experience building business automations using tools such as Zapier, Zoho
- Experience mapping business processes and converting them into automated workflows.
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and connected systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Highly Desirable
- Zoho certifications.
- Experience working within service-based, construction, engineering, compliance, or field-service businesses.
- Experience using AI tools and AI agents.
- Experience creating dashboards, KPI reporting, and business intelligence tools.

Pay: From £45,000.00 per year
