We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse/ FLT Driver to join our team. This role involves both warehouse operations and FLT duties, ensuring that materials/finished goods are handled efficiently and delivered safely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform tasks associated within the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts both reach and counterbalance to load and unload goods.
- Manage loading and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation of all transactions.
- Handle materials with care, adhering to safety protocols during lifting and transportation.
- Maintain an organised warehouse environment, including inventory management using a warehouse management booking in system.
- Conduct routine flt/reach checks as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Follow procedures and safety measures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is essential.
- Proficiency in operating both counter balance and reach trucks is essential.
- Familiarity with loading and receiving processes, as well as materials handling techniques.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
