What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you will support people to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Your role may include:
- Supporting clients with personal care in a dignified and respectful manner
- Assisting with medication, meals and daily routines
- Providing companionship, reassurance and emotional support
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence and quality of life
- Following individual care plans and risk assessments
- Recording care accurately and maintaining high professional standards
- Building positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues
- Being a trusted and familiar face that our clients look forward to seeing
Training & Development

You will receive:
- Full training, including completion of the Level 2 Care Certificate
- A comprehensive induction and supported shadowing
- Ongoing mandatory and professional development training
