About the Role
The Programme Administrator will work to support the Centre for Teaching and Learning's teaching development programmes. Responsibilities include participant communication, event coordination, admissions, assessment processes, and record-keeping. You will collaborate with the Scheme lead, Programme Director, Office Manager, and team members, liaise with external bodies, contribute to reports and data monitoring, and assist the Centre’s activities. This role offers skill development opportunities in a supportive environment while contributing to educational excellence at Oxford University.
About You
We are seeking an experienced programme administration who is confident with supporting student-staff partnership working. You will have experience in an administrative role and a track record of working accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service and support to colleagues. Confident using Microsoft Office and handling data, you’ll enjoy learning new systems and processes, and using your initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the University and work productively with colleagues in a variety of roles. You’ll be comfortable managing a varied workload, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

This role does not meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa under the UK Visa & Immigration points-based system. We are therefore unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
