Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with ticket purchases both in person and via phone or online platforms
- Manage ticketing systems efficiently, ensuring accurate recording of sales and reservations
- Provide information about upcoming events, seating arrangements, and venue facilities
- Handle cash transactions securely and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with organising queues and managing crowd flow during busy periods
- Support event staff with administrative tasks as required
- Ensure the box office area remains tidy, welcoming, and professional at all times
Experience
- Background in hospitality or guest services will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak times
