Term Time: Split shifts, with working hours between 07:00–09:00 and 14:30–18:00, Monday to Friday.
Holiday Periods & In Service Days: Working hours to be arranged according to service requirements (between 07:00-17:30).
This is a paid position offering an excellent opportunity to develop practical workplace, organisational and administrative skills while contributing to the smooth running of a busy School Aged Childcare service.

- Proactive and practical – someone who sees what needs doing and gets on with it.
- Organised and reliable, with excellent attention to detail.
- A good communicator, able to communicate clearly and appropriately with colleagues and families.
- Confident working independently, while also being a supportive member of the wider team.
- Flexible and willing to learn, with a positive approach to new tasks, systems and processes.

- Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Interested in developing their workplace, administrative and organisational skills.
Why This Role Matters
Although this role is not primarily child-facing, it is an important part of our childcare team.
Good childcare relies on much more than the time practitioners spend directly with children. Resources need to be prepared, environments need to be organised, paperwork needs to be accurate, supplies need to be checked and systems need to work effectively.
By providing this additional layer of practical and administrative support, you will help create the strong foundations that allow our childcare staff to concentrate on what matters most – providing children with safe, engaging and high-quality care.
We are committed to supporting your development and providing an engaging working environment where your contribution is valued and recognised.
