Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Junior Sales Person to join our dynamic Engineering sales team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills within a professional environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn are essential for this position. Comprehensive Training will be given.
Duties
- Assist in identifying and approaching potential clients through various channels, including B2B sales outreach.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information using IT systems.
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to promote products and services.
- Participate in negotiations to secure favourable terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Organise schedules and appointments efficiently, managing time effectively to meet targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.

- Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
