- Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
Skills
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with patients and team members.
- Basic IT skills for managing patient records and using practice management software.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients, families, and colleagues.
