Are you an enthusiastic, nurturing and qualified Early Years Educator looking to make a genuine difference to children and families?
Connected Futures Partnership is seeking passionate practitioners to join our Family Hub team, supporting children from birth to five while working alongside families to build confidence, strengthen relationships and improve outcomes.

About the Role
As an Early Years Educator you will:
- Deliver high-quality play-based learning experiences for children aged 0–5.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Promote language, communication and early learning through meaningful interactions.
- Support children with SEND and additional needs.
- Help families build confidence and support learning at home.
- Signpost parents to wider Family Hub services where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with health, education and community professionals.
- Create safe, stimulating and inclusive indoor and outdoor learning environments.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
Essential
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Experience working with children aged 0–5
- Excellent understanding of child development and the EYFS
- Experience working alongside parents and families
- A nurturing, child-centred approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and continuous improvement
Desirable
- Experience within Family Hubs or Children's Centres
- Knowledge of SEND and inclusive practice
- Trauma-informed practice
- Paediatric First Aid qualification
- Experience working within multi-agency teams
