Restaurant Supervisor – Hispi (Elite Bistro Group)

This is a part-time role, working 20–30 hours per week.
Available for an immediate start, it would suit an experienced supervisor.
Elite Bistros offers £13.00 p/hr + tips of approx £500-£600/month, free food whilst on shift, and 50% off food and drink across all Elite Bistro venues. OTE £20,000 - £26,0000
Key responsibilities:
- Open and close the site, including cashing up and security procedures
- Supervise front-of-house service, ensuring smooth, efficient shifts
- Deliver high standards of guest experience
- Assist with menu changes, specials, and wine pairings
- Help with stock control, ordering, and cash handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Support training and development of junior team members
