We’re looking for a new Water Babies teacher to join our amazing team:
Tuesday and Friday mornings near Dawlish
Saturday and Sunday mornings in Exeter
Here’s the important bit:
You do NOT need teaching or swimming teaching experience.
We train you fully.
Our world-class training programme includes:
Online learning modules covering all the theory
A 6-day residential training course focused on practical teaching skills
Ongoing support throughout your journey and beyond
We hold your hand every step of the way, helping you grow in confidence until you’re ready to lead your own incredible classes.
What we can’t train is personality, warmth, enthusiasm and the ability to connect with families- that’s the magic we’re looking for
You’ll be trained to teach from babies all the way through to our older swimmers, helping children:
Become strong and confident swimmers
Develop a lifelong love of water
Learn essential water safety and life-saving skills
This is honestly one of the most rewarding jobs out there. You’ll become part of families’ weekly routines, watch children achieve incredible milestones, and spend your working week singing songs, splashing around and making a genuine difference.
