Bartender / Front of House Staff
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking team member to join our bar team. This is a fast-paced role that combines cocktail bartending, coffee service, table service, and food & drink running.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, wines, spirits, and coffees to a high standard
- Running drinks and food to tables efficiently during busy service periods
- Taking customer orders and providing excellent table service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar and throughout the venue
- Memorising and confidently serving from our cocktail menu
- Delivering friendly, attentive, and professional customer service at all times
- Working effectively under pressure during busy shifts
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar bar or hospitality role
- Confident making cocktails and coffee
- Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Quick learner with the ability to memorise menus and procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Pay: £12.21 per hour
