Multi-Skilled Operative (Plastering & Rendering Specialist)
About the Role
JET Flow UK is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative with a strong background in plastering and rendering to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out a range of property maintenance and repair works across domestic and commercial properties, with plastering and rendering forming a significant part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal plastering repairs and full room skims.
- Patch plastering following maintenance works.
- External rendering repairs and renewals.
- Preparation of surfaces prior to plastering and rendering.
- General multi-trade maintenance works as required.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.
- Providing excellent customer service whilst working in occupied properties.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar multi-trade or maintenance role
- Strong practical knowledge across multiple trades including:
- Lock Repairs
- Plastering
- Rendering
- Confident in using a range of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Professional attitude with good communication and customer service skills
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant trade certifications (desirable)
- Right to work in the UK
