Your role on deck
- Preparing and cooking menu items to spec and to a high standard
- Maintaining food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures
- Assisting with prep and stock rotation
- Ensuring the galley remains organised, clean and efficient
- Working as part of a strong crew who have each other’s backs
