Your Role as an Apprentice Estate Agent
Working alongside an experienced branch team, you'll gain hands-on experience while studying towards your professional qualification. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the branch with administration and day-to-day operations
- Speaking with customers by phone, email and face-to-face
- Registering buyers and helping them find their perfect home
- Accompanying customers on property viewings
- Visiting properties and supporting local marketing activities
- Canvassing for new business opportunities
- Learning every aspect of estate agency from experienced professionals
- Earning monthly commission alongside your apprenticeship
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about building a career in property and sales
- Friendly, motivated and customer-focused
- Organised with excellent communication skills
- Confident using IT, including Microsoft Office
- Eager to learn and committed to completing an apprenticeship
- A full UK driving licence holder, or currently learning to drive
Training & Development
