Company Overview
Padel 500 is a new indoor padel facility with four premium courts, changing facilities, and a small onsite shop. We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to run the site day-to-day from its start up.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the daily running of the facility
- Assist in recruiting all members of staff
- Oversee cleaners and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Orchestrate coaching & shop personnel
- Build and manage weekly staff rotas around peak times
- Manage bookings and usage through Playtomic
- Be present on-site and deal with customers directly
- Build good relationships with regular players and visitors
- Report weekly KPIs to the central team
Requirements
- Plays padel and understands how facilities operate
- Experience managing a site, team, or similar operation
- Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using booking systems and basic software
- Able to take ownership and work independently
- Good with people and day-to-day problem solving
Additional Information
- 8–9-hour shifts depending on schedule
- Weekend and evening availability required
Pay: £35,000.00 per year
