Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at UniClean Property Maintenance Ltd. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of commercial properties throughout Sussex, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.
The position is based on a working week of 15 hours to start from 4pm. Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in commercial properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and surfaces as required.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Self-motivated with a drive to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Due to the sensitive nature of some areas of our clients business we have to abide by certain rules to navigate and perform certain tasks, this means that no Jewellery is permitted unless this can be removed and you will be asked to reframe from using any aerosols for example deodorants.
