Junior Health & Safety Consultant
We are an established Health & Safety consultancy based in Strood, Kent, supporting a diverse range of clients across construction, commercial and corporate environments. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Junior Health & Safety Advisor & Trainer to join our expanding team.

Salary: £30000 - £35000; with a good package and rising as experience is gained
The Role:
Working alongside experienced consultants, you will support our clients in developing and maintaining effective health and safety management systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing health and safety advice and support to clients.
- Assisting with the development and review of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conducting workplace inspections, audits and DSE assessments.
- Supporting clients with risk assessments and safe systems of work.
- Assisting with accident and incident investigations and recommending improvements.
- Maintaining accurate health and safety documentation and training records.
- Delivering health and safety training and toolbox talks where appropriate.
- Supporting fire safety arrangements, inspections and drills.
- Assisting clients in meeting their legal health and safety obligations.
- Providing administrative support to ensure compliance systems are maintained.
- Undertaking other reasonable duties as required.

Essential Qualifications
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Level 3 Occupational Health & Safety qualification.
- CSCS Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Qualifications
- PTTLS, AET or other recognised training qualification.
- Fire Risk Assessment qualification.
- First Aid at Work qualification.
