Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Student Accommodation Cleaners to join our team for end-of-tenancy room cleans. In this vital role, you will ensure that student rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new occupants, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a smooth transition between tenants while working in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of student rooms at the end of tenancy, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces
- Remove rubbish and ensure all areas are free of debris and clutter
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet high hygiene standards
- Check for any damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to company protocols
- Complete cleaning checklists and document completed tasks accurately
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable with good time management skills
- Willingness to follow health and safety procedures at all times
Please note that this is a project and the job is on temporary basis for the summer cleaning ! Next project will be starting on 15th August 2026 till 4th September 2026.
We are seeking reliable staff who are available for short-term assignments. If happy we can work together on our other assignments too.
