The Opportunity
MG GENONE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED is expanding its financial trading operations and is seeking disciplined, analytical professionals to join our team as Junior Financial Analysts / Traders.
We particularly welcome applications from ambitious graduates and professionals looking to build a long-term career within the UK financial markets.

The Role
This is a performance-driven position focused on financial markets, including G10 currencies and financial derivatives.
Responsibilities may include:
- Identifying and analysing market opportunities.
- Executing approved systematic trading strategies.
- Monitoring positions and market risk.
- Managing downside risk within defined risk parameters.
- Maintaining accurate trading journals and performance records.
- Conducting market and quantitative analysis.
Entry Requirements
We consider candidates through two entry routes:
Route 1: Direct Entry – Experienced
Candidates seeking direct entry must:
- Provide a verifiable live trading track record of at least 1 year.
- Demonstrate consistent and disciplined risk management.
- Demonstrate the ability to operate within defined drawdown and risk parameters.
- Be prepared to provide evidence of live trading performance during the assessment process.
Candidates who meet the initial criteria may be invited to an assessment and interview.
Route 2: Graduate / Development Pathway
We recognise that high-potential graduates and aspiring traders may not yet possess the minimum six-month verifiable live trading track record required for direct entry.
Candidates without the required experience may be considered for our Graduate / Development Pathway, designed to develop the technical knowledge, practical experience and risk-management competencies required for progression.
Where applicable, candidates can undertake the VTCT Skills Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Financial Trading as part of their professional development.
General Requirements
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong interest in financial markets and trading.
- Disciplined approach to risk management.
- Excellent attention to detail and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Finance, Economics, Mathematics, STEM or related backgrounds are advantageous.
