About the Role
As Export Sales Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the Export Sales Manager and wider Export team with the smooth running of international sales activity. You will help coordinate export documentation, customer enquiries, order processes, pricing information, and reporting, acting as a key point of contact for overseas customers, distributors, and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Coordinating export sales administration, including export documentation, order forms, compliance paperwork, and customer records.
· Supporting accurate pricing, promotions, invoices, payment records, and international price lists.
· Managing export orders from entry through to follow-up, working closely with internal teams and overseas customers.
· Preparing regular export sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries to support commercial decision-making.
· Reviewing retailer and distributor data to help with export planning, promotional activity, and stock forecasting.
· Assisting with new international account setups, including product line forms and customer onboarding documentation.
· Liaising with freight forwarders, supply chain teams, and warehouse colleagues on stock availability, shortages, and dispatch timelines.
· Handling high volumes of professional email communication with international customers and partners.
· Responding to incoming calls and enquiries from export clients in a clear, helpful, and professional manner.
· Keeping export files, customer records, and documentation accurate, organised, and up to date.
· Posting product samples to various customers
· Keeping the meeting rooms up to date with products and displays
· Travelling with the team to international exhibitions when required
What We’re Looking For
· Strong administrative experience, ideally within export, sales support, customer service, supply chain, or a similar commercial environment.
· Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and strong overall IT confidence, including Microsoft Office.
· A highly organised, detail-focused approach with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
· Good numerical and analytical skills, with confidence working with reports, pricing, and customer data.
· Clear, professional communication skills and a helpful approach when dealing with customers and colleagues.
· The ability to prioritise effectively and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage but is not essential.
· Speaking foreign language(s) would be an advantage but is not essential.
