Account Executive – Caspian One (Bournemouth)
Base: £40,000 | OTE: £80,000
Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 days WFH

We’re hiring an ambitious Account Executive to join our high-performing team in Bournemouth.
As an AE, you’ll be right at the heart of our growth.
You’ll be:
- Opening doors into new accounts
- Reigniting relationships that have gone quiet
- Starting meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers
- Booking high-quality meetings that drive real business impact
This is a high-energy, high-reward role, perfect if you love the buzz of outbound sales and being on the phone.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving high-volume outbound activity (calls, LinkedIn, email sequences)
- Joining daily call sprints with a motivated, competitive team
- Breaking into top-tier financial services accounts
- Re-engaging dormant contacts and rebuilding relationships
- Booking meetings with senior stakeholders
- Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure seamless follow-up
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
✅ Proven B2B sales experience (outbound/phone-based is ideal)
✅ Confidence on the phone , you enjoy cold calling
✅ Resilience and stamina, you don’t give up easily
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Competitive mindset, you thrive in a buzzing office
✅ Coachable, process-driven, and eager to improve
✅ Curious about technology
Nice-to-have (but not essential): Background in tech, SaaS, cyber, data, or financial services
