Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract – Maternity Cover (up to 12 months or until the substantive postholder returns from maternity leave, whichever is sooner)
Salary: From £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on performance targets
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (with a one-hour lunch break)
Work Pattern
- Full-time, office-based during the probationary and training period (3 months)
- Following successful completion of probation, employees will be eligible for hybrid working, subject to business needs and company policy
- Hybrid working pattern: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

About the Role
Expert Access Solutions is a fast-paced service business, and we are seeking a practical, organised and proactive individual to join our Coordination Team in Tiverton as a Service Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for prioritising, planning and facilitating the day-to-day activities of our Service Engineers. Working closely with engineers and internal teams, you will ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and that customers receive a consistently high standard of service.
You will also act as a key point of contact for customers, keeping them informed of scheduled works and coordinating the delivery of equipment and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritise and coordinate the day-to-day workload of Service Engineers.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with engineers and internal teams.
- Liaise directly with customers regarding appointments, scheduled works and deliveries.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure SLAs are achieved.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or service-related issues.
- Accurately update and maintain records within the CRM system.
- Use business systems effectively, including CRM software, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Support the wider Coordination Team in a fast-moving operational environment.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication at all times.

Desirable
- Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, customer service or service administration role.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience working within an operational, engineering or field-service environment.

Additional Information
This position is offered on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover and will continue for up to 12 months or until the return of the substantive postholder from maternity leave, whichever occurs sooner.
The successful candidate will be required to work full-time on site during the 3-month probationary and training period. Upon successful completion of probation, employees will be eligible to participate in the Company's hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, subject to business requirements and company policy.
