Blairgowrie High School is seeking an enthusiastic, talented and committed Teacher of Physics to join our successful Science faculty on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Teacher of Physics, you will:
- Deliver high-quality learning and teaching in Physics across the Broad General Education (BGE) and Senior Phase.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that reflect the principles of Curriculum for Excellence and the requirements of SQA qualifications.
- Promote scientific enquiry, critical thinking and problem-solving skills through practical and theoretical learning experiences.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports all learners to achieve their potential.
- Monitor, assess and track pupil progress, using data effectively to inform learning and improve attainment.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through interdisciplinary learning, enrichment opportunities and extra-curricular activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Science faculty to support continuous improvement and deliver positive outcomes for young people.
