Requirements:
As a Breakfast Supervisor in our Food and beverage department, you will be expected to work from 7 am to 3 pm 5 days out of 7.
The ideal person will have at least 1 year of experience in a food and beverage service position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, and that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include:
1. Ensuring immaculate setup of equipment on a day-to-day basis.
2. Provide a consistent level of service to customers as per Company standards.
3. Liaise with the Head Chef as to food/restaurant service and all aspects involving the kitchen brigade.
4. Ensure all Company standards are met regarding Health and Safety, COSHH, Security, and fire regulations.
5. Provide continuous training to help maintain a consistently high level of service.
6. Serving our customers to a high standard for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea.
7. Supervising and training other staff.
