Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, serving beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
- Serve beverages accurately, ensuring presentation standards are maintained.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with licensing laws and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety standards at all times.
- Assist in setting up tables, clearing plates, and resetting areas for new guests.
- Provide attentive service to maximise customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, particularly in serving or bartending roles within a restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers politely and professionally.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling bills, payments, and tips accurately.
- Good time management to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
- A friendly personality with a positive attitude that enhances the guest experience.
