The Role – Waiter / Waitress
We are looking for an experienced, reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team full-time.
This is a fast-paced role in a quality restaurant where you’ll take full responsibility for your section — as if it were your own business.
You’ll deliver outstanding service, work closely with the bar and management teams, and create memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your section confidently from start to finish.
- Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional service.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, timing, and detail.
- Upsell confidently and guide guests through the menu.
- Support the team during peak times and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy, quality restaurant.
- Strong communication skills and great attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional — no egos, just good hospitality.
- Someone who works hard, earns well, and enjoys being part of a team.
- Confident in managing a section independently.
What We Offer
- £16 - £18 per hour including service charge.
- Full-time, 35–45 hours per week.
