�� Job Description: Door Supervisor
Reports To: Security Manager / Operations Manager
Work Location: On-site (Gloucestershire and surrounding areas)
Role Purpose:
To provide visible, responsive, and professional security services to protect people, property, and premises across various client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and assets
- Monitor premises and control entry and exit points
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold a professional image
- Complete accurate incident and shift reports
- Work collaboratively with venue management and emergency services if required
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Vigilant with excellent observational ability
- Calm under pressure and confident in managing conflict
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset
Essential Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to commute reliably to locations across Gloucestershire
- Fluent in English
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar security role (preferred)
- First Aid at Work Certificate (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
