- Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, with strong knowledge of serving techniques
- Familiarity with food safety standards and basic food preparation procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Strong guest service orientation with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
