Overview
We are seeking a well organised and conscientious Legal Conveyancing Secretary, full-time , to join our legal team. The ideal candidate(s) will have experience in conveyanciing procedures, assist in managing sale and purchase transactions and facilitating communication with clients by telephone and email. This position requires familiarity with the Land Registry administrative and online computer requirements, online search facilities and skills and proficiency in various IT (Word) applications .
Duties
- Provide conveyancing support to a solicitor, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Prepare, format, and proof-read legal documents using Microsoft Word and other relevant software.
- typing and transcribing legal documents, audio skills an advantage
- Maintain and organise files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties,
- Utilise Outlook for email correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of case files .
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing, Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in IT applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and colleagues efficiently.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
