Position:
Contracted Hours - 56 per week
Pay Rate - £13.66 per hour
Responsibilities:
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for the safety and security of Birchwood Business Park, its tenants and customers. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Patrolling of the Birchwood Business Park which is 134 acres 5km
- Removal/reinstate of site bollards
- Performing regular health and safety checks
- Providing a safe environment for visitors in all public areas
- Liaising with Building Managers and local authorities
- Regular and accurate report writing
- Company van and bikes are provided whilst on duty to navigate the park
- Dealing with first aid situations when they arise
- Carrying out any other reasonable management requests
- Proactive interaction with the public always offering superb customer service
- Overtime as and when required to cover holidays and sickness
Requirements:
As a Security Officer you will need:
- Valid SIA Licence, CCTV Licence and First Aid certification
- You must be flexible
- Highly motivated
- Excellent customer service skills
- SC Clearance is essential
