Colin & Co is a highly regarded country dog retreat, offering personalised and professional care to clients from London and Windsor. Nestled in the beautiful English countryside, we cater to all dogs, including those with disabilities, elderly dogs, and puppies.
We are seeking a dedicated dog lover to join our team at Colin and Co LTD to be a Day Care Assistant/Driver who is personable, professional, and passionate about dogs. This is a diverse role covering all areas of our daycare. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our furry guests receive exceptional care, contributing to our mission of delivering luxurious pet services. Providing enrichment with activities, walks and fun captured throughout the day As well as caring for the dogs during the day you may be on one of our drives either morning or afternoon, collecting and delivering dogs to and from our clients' homes in West London. You must be calm and composed in all traffic situations and maintain a friendly, professional demeanour with clients at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Be confident to handle all breeds of dogs.
- Must be passionate about the welfare and care of dogs.
- Safely transport dogs to and from clients' homes.
- Provide a high standard of care to our clients and their dogs.
- Adhere to highway code at all times when in company vehicle.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Well-presented, with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working as a self-employed contractor.
- Happy to be flexible with a variety different shifts.
- Works well in a team.
- Passionate about dogs, with a high level of reliability, responsibility, and punctuality.
- Holds a full, clean UK driving license.
- Ideally lives within 15 minutes of our day care center (preferred).
- Has experience driving in London (preferred).
- Respectful to all members of the public.
- Happy to use whatsapp and google sheets.
- Must be reachable throughout the day for communication with management, colleagues, and clients.
