Job Summary
GoldComex Precious Metals & Trading Ltd is seeking a detail-focused Trade Documentation Team Leader to oversee the preparation and control of documentation supporting precious-metals transactions and international shipments. You will lead the documentation team, maintain accurate trade records, and ensure paperwork is completed securely, consistently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of trade, shipping, customs, and inventory documents.
- Allocate workloads and monitor documentation accuracy and completion deadlines.
- Verify invoices, packing lists, certificates, transport records, and transaction details.
- Coordinate with trading, logistics, finance, compliance, vault, and warehouse teams.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies before shipments or transactions are released.
- Maintain secure records and clear audit trails for high-value goods.
- Support customs, insurance, internal-control, and client-documentation requirements.
- Train team members and improve document-control procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in trade documentation, import-export operations, shipping, commodities, or logistics administration.
- Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive commercial records.
- Knowledge of international shipping documents, customs processes, and Incoterms is beneficial.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in precious metals, commodities, financial operations, or high-value goods is advantageous.

Pay: £3,400.00-£4,800.00 per month
