Head Chef - OTE £45k+
Barnham Broom is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to support our Executive chef leading our talented kitchen team across our diverse food offering, including our award-winning Brasserie, all-day dining in our vibrant Sports Bar, and wider hospitality events.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality, driving menu innovation, managing kitchen operations, and inspiring your team to consistently exceed guest expectations. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organisational skills and a hands-on approach to service excellence.
We are looking for someone who is flexible in their working approach, able to adapt to the demands of a busy hospitality environment, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
