The Role
As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play a vital role in providing a warm, professional welcome and ensuring every family receives outstanding support throughout their experience with Dignity.
You will meet clients arriving with their deceased pets, guide them through our services, support attended farewell appointments, and help ensure every detail is handled with the utmost care and accuracy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer care in person and over the telephone.
- Explaining our services and guiding families through their pet's journey with Dignity.
- Leading and supporting attended farewell services with compassion and professionalism.
- Preparing deceased pets for goodbye appointments in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Recording client details and wishes accurately within our CRM system.
- Handling payments and administration accurately.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure all client information is correct.
- Taking paw prints and fur clippings etc as requested.
- Maintaining welcoming, clean, fully stocked farewell rooms.
- Working closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supporting the handling and movement of deceased pets in accordance with health and safety and manual handling guidelines.
- Upholding our commitment to a consistent five-star client experience.
