Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Swinside Inn, a newly refurbished pub in the heart of the Lake District. The Swinside Inn aims to provide a unique dining experience for our guests. As a Chef De Partie you will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous chef to play a vital role in creating and delivering an exceptional food offering.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain food quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and specials
-Maintaining and running of a specific section on a day to day basis
Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficiency in food production techniques and culinary skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting

Pay: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
