An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HGV Recovery Driver to work alongside the existing Recovery Drivers at one of the UK’s most modern and professional vehicle salvage agents and parts recyclers based in Thame, Oxon.
The role involves collecting accident damaged and end-of-life vehicles from body shops, garages and private households. Depending on your previous experience, you will be driving a 4 car Transporter. The general collection area is a 50-mile radius from where we are based.
Applicants must have the required C+E driving licence, with a current CPC. Previous experience is desirable (but not essential).
The role will also involve the use of handheld PDA’s, so being comfortable dealing with mobile phones/basic IT equipment would also be helpful.
The successful candidate must be reliable, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a busy fast-moving environment.
The hours for this role are 6:45am – 4:45pm Monday to Friday, with optional overtime on a Saturday morning.

The starting salary is £39,000, to be reviewed at a 6 weeks and upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period, will rise to £41,500 + monthly Bonus #HP
