Overview of Role:
To be accountable for the bar & restaurant service areas ensuring that all opportunities are maximized within the bar and restaurant and employees are developed in a structured manner. Offering customers the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Support all food & beverage personnel by adopting a hands-on approach to all aspects of operational responsibility, undertaking floor duties as a matter of routine.
- Ensure all staff deliver excellent service standards on a consistent basis.
- Maximize upselling opportunities and spend per head at every opportunity.
- Ensure food service area is thoroughly cleaned daily.
- To deal with any customer(s) complaints or queries in an attentive and courteous manner.
- To be fully aware of all reservations bookings in advance and inform staff of same.
- To ensure orders are taken promptly and efficiently.
- Utilizing and maximizing company standard booking systems effectively.
- Stock control and assist with monthly stock take.
- To work as part of the team, being aware of colleagues and their needs, and being always flexible.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
