We're proud to offer memorable holiday experiences for our guests and are now looking for a Holiday Park Security Operative to join our friendly, dedicated team. The Role
As a Park Security Operative, your role will be to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests by monitoring the park and leisure facilities. You’ll conduct regular patrols of our 50-acre park, ensuring adherence to park regulations, assisting guests with any inquiries, and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities Include
- Regular patrols of the park and venues, ensuring safety and security
- Being visible and proactive in addressing disruptive behaviors
- Reporting maintenance issues, noise complaints, and incidents
- Managing noise levels in line with our site policies
- Handling and de-escalating altercations, ensuring resolutions are reached quickly and calmly
- Compiling nightly handover emails to keep the team informed.
Shift patterns: Evenings, weekend and some nights. Rota basis
Venue shifts – 5:00pm - 1:00am
Deck Bar Shifts - 4:00pm - 10:00pm
Park shifts – 5:00pm – 1:00am
Night shifts - 10:00pm - 7:00am
Who We're Looking For
You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be focused on providing high standards of customer service, have a flexible approach to all that you do and be able to use your initiative to overcome any issues that arise. Having a diplomatic approach to interacting with challenging situations and being able to remain calm and patient is a must.
