We are recruiting for a part time Customer Service Assistant to work at Otter Garden Centre, Wincanton. This is a part time role working 4 days per week.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm.
You will be working in our Garden Furniture & Christmas department where your duties will include;
· Using the tills
· Helping customers with product enquiries and taking orders.
· Using your detailed knowledge of the products in your department to increase sales
· Ensuring products layout is maintained to high standards.
· Stock management, which will include managing all stock orders and deliveries.
· Merchandising stock in line with company guidelines.
