Location: Coventry, (CV5) Commutable from Warwickshire, West midlands, East Midlands
Salary £55,000 (Higher starting salary available for Managers with a proven 'Outstanding' Ofsted track record)
This is a high-spec, fully operational 4-bed Learning Disabilities (LD) Home designed to give young people an exceptional environment to thrive.
Home Features:
· Current Occupancy: 2 children (Settled)
· Outdoors: Very outdoor space, with garden swings and trampoline, patio and grass lawn
· Plenty of car parking for Staff and Visitors (Up to 8 cars)
· Internally: Large office, store room, laundry room, 4 bathroom (3 wet rooms), Sleep room, sensory room, Play room for toys and books, Dining area and a large lounge
The Homes Team:
· Deputy Manager & Office Manager in post
· Stable trained staff Team
· Qualified Residential Support Workers Delivering 1:1 Staffing Ratios
· Experienced and Knowledgeable Responsible Individual (RI) on-site twice weekly and accessible anytime for guidance
· Ofsted rated Good for 4+ years
