The Tudor Barn in Eltham, requires an experienced events and restaurant supervisor to work part-time in our busy event [weddings and celebrations] and restaurant environment. The duties for this role will include managing our on shift team, ensuring excellent service is provided to our customers in a polite and friendly manner, food service, clearing, bar service, events set up and take down, ensuring service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe. Other duties will include cashiering and stock management.
Shifts
General opening hours 11:00 - 24:00 Wednesday to Sunday and staff are expected to cover varying shifts across these times.
Averaging 20 hours per week.

Experience
- 2-3 previous experience in a front of house, bar, or hospitality role is required.
- Some experience of leading or guiding colleagues during service is desirable.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Familiarity with cashing up, opening and closing procedures, or basic duty management is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
