Richard Butler Estate Agents is Ross-on-Wye’s leading independent estate agency, established in 1993. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Property Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for property to develop a successful career in estate agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable properties
- Arrange and accompany property viewings, providing timely feedback to vendors
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure successful sales
- Manage sales progression from offer to completion, liaising with solicitors and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Maintain accurate records and manage applicant databases
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the buying process
About You:
- Minimum 1 year experience in residential property sales (senior level preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Target-driven and self-motivated, with a proactive attitude
- Good local knowledge of Ross-on-Wye and surrounding areas is a plus
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
