About us
We are a busy, family-owned and run bakery and convenience store operating under the SPAR fascia in Boston. We have a fabulous team of 29 people and are looking for someone special to join us.
This is a varied, hands-on role, so we are looking for a friendly, self-motivated person who is happy to multi-skill across both the shop and bakery. You will help us consistently provide excellent customer service while ensuring the store remains clean, tidy, well-stocked and professional.
Your duties will include assisting and serving customers, restocking shelves, cleaning the store each evening, setting up displays and preparing simple food-to-go products.
The working hours will be after 4pm on four nights each week, with alternate weekend shifts included in the rota. We also ask for some flexibility to help cover sickness and holidays, although this will only be within the agreed shift pattern.
Previous bakery, catering or retail experience would be ideal, but we are also happy to provide training for the right person. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a friendly smile and a genuine commitment to giving our customers a great experience.

Pay: £10.85-£13.00 per hour
