What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional food and beverage service with personality and confidence.
- Creating a fun, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere in our lobby bar and restaurant.
- Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments efficiently.
- Sharing your menu knowledge and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensuring service areas are clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Working closely with your team to bring the Moxy vibe to life every shift.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer care.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with flexibility to work casual shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential — personality and enthusiasm matter most!
