Job Summary
HD Derby Ltd trading as Heavenly Desserts Derby is a well-established hospitality business located in Derby city centre. We are seeking a Business Support Officer to support the efficient management and operation of the business through operational coordination, business analysis and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Support and monitor day-to-day business operations.
- Collect, maintain, and analyse operational and performance data.
- Prepare management reports and business performance summaries.
- Assist with business improvement projects and operational procedures.
- Conduct research and analyse business trends and performance.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
- Maintain accurate business records and documentation.
- Support budgeting, invoicing, forecasting, and cost control.
- Organise meetings, appointments, and operational activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using business systems.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably required by management.
Qualifications
- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to analyse data and prepare management reports.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Pay: £34,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
