We're looking for a highly driven, innovative and motivational Head of Commercial Operations to join our Building Drainage Division.
This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for bringing together our customer-facing commercial functions into one high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding customer outcomes and commercial excellence.
Leading our Commercial Customer Service, Project Pricing and Design teams, you'll drive alignment, strengthen collaboration and champion continuous improvement across people, processes and systems. Working closely with the Divisional Managing Director and key stakeholders across Operations, Finance and IT, you'll identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, improve customer experience and support sustainable business growth.
This is more than an operational leadership role. It's an opportunity to influence how we work, develop our commercial capabilities and help shape the future direction of the division.

This is an office-based role currently located in Bedford (MK41 0LF). Upon completion of our Head Office redevelopment programme, the role will relocate to our new headquarters in Shefford (SG17 5TE).
