Customark is an Industrial Labelling Company operating from 8 manufacturing sites in the UK.
We are one of the largest privately invested Industrial labelling and Graphics businesses in the UK.
After recently acquiring Screens and Graphics Ltd based in Cottenham, we are looking to recruit 2 customer services/estimators to join our business.
· With over 250 active customers you will be responsible for maintaining the existing excellent levels of customer service S&G has developed with its many varied customers over the past 30 years.
· This will involve initiating, building and maintaining relationships over the telephone.
· You will use our estimating package to be able to provide quotations for our existing and new customers for a variety of labels and graphics.
Requirements for the role:
· You will ideally have existing client facing customer services experience, preferably within a business to business environment.
· Have a passion for learning and developing your skills.
· Have the ability to build rapport quickly.
· Have a confident personality.
· Have experience of working in a team and be a team player.
Full product training will be given and ongoing product training will be part of the job role.

Customark has introduced a compressed working week pattern at all of its sites working Monday to Thursday 9 hours with a paid lunch break.
Initially the hours will be full-time Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) or Part-time (30 hours). However, within 6 months this will change to fall in line with Customark’s working pattern of Monday to Thursday as above.
We offer a competitive salary, 26 days holiday, rising to 29 with service days added, company pension scheme 3% contribution by employee and employer, and a bonus scheme.
Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
